Review of the Dyson DC58

dyson1Dyson’s lightweight and cordless DC58 has been put through its paces by the wheelsforwomen team

Dyson has always been the Apple of the vacuuming world transforming rudimentary and functional items into design statements.

The latest addition to the range is Dyson’s lightweight and cordless DC58. So now there is no need to wrestle with the vacuum cleaner every time you spill a few crumbs in the car. This handheld vacuum is perfect for inside the car.

We’ve tried a few of these in my time and most of them do little more than make a ferocious noise and have the suction of a straw. This new Dyson is lightweight, easy to use and when we put it to the test it effortlessly cleaned car interior. Another plus its also really quiet thanks to the digital motor, which has five times more revs a minute than a Formula One racing car and gives you 20 minutes of cleaning time when fully charged, 6 minutes on boost mode.

The new Dyson DC58 is light and powerful and makes cleaning your car, upholstery or stairs seem almost fun, and you can’t put a price on that. If you are looking for a handheld hoover this is definitely one to consider. The DC58 retails for €249.99 and is available from www.dyson.ie and electrical retailer nationwide.

We also asked one of our readers to try out the Dyson DC58 to see what she thought follow the link here
