In the third part of our Style for Wheels feature we look at some auto and fashion collaborations
3. Yves Saint Laurent and Citroen
The DS3 is a striking and quirky car without any designer garb. But throw a YSL logo on the roof and it’s in a different league altogether. And that’s exactly what Citroen did. They gave the DS3 a snazzy new red paint job and a black roof with the famous YSL logo emblazoned on it. The car was produced to bring guests to a YSL soireé in Paris in 2010 and was never for sale.
Tomorrow we look at what happened when Gucci met Fiat!
