\nThe Volkswagen Passat offers a great combination of reliability, luxury and style in the
\nfamily car market and has been a firm favourite in Ireland for years.<\/p>\n

What is it like inside?<\/strong>
\nInside there are shared components with the Golf and the Jetta so that it is typical VW with a well illuminated dash and great levels of equipment throughout, comfortable seating and a host of safety devices.<\/p>\n

What is it like to drive?<\/strong>
\nVery agile in corners, it cruises effortlessly and is smooth to drive. Perfect for long family trips it is equally suited to city driving. The 2.0 litre diesel is our choice of engines.<\/p>\n

What is it likely to cost?<\/strong>
\nFour engines are offered so fuel economy and price vary accordingly. Fuel consumption ranges from 4.3 to 5.9 litres per 100 km. Prices for the Passat estate start at \u20ac27,630. The range topping 2.0 diesel fitted with the excellent DSG gearbox is \u20ac40,805.<\/p>\n
