To enter, you must be a resident of Ireland, be aged 21 <\/strong><\/em>or older <\/strong><\/em>and hold of a full Irish driver\u2019s licence with no endorsements and a maximum of four points.
\n<\/strong>The\u00a0www.wheelsforwomen.ie<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0FIAT 500 by Gucci Test Drive Competition is open to all readers of www.wheelsforwomen.ie<\/a> resident in Ireland aged 21 or over and in possession of a full Irish driver\u2019s licence without endorsements and with a maximum of four penalty points.<\/p>\n

No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
\nThe vehicle will be provided with third party insurance in the driver’s name only. Nobody other than the prize winner is allowed to drive the vehicle. The winner will be required to present their driver\u2019s licence when collecting the car and to sign an agreement confirming the participant is willing to comply with FIAT Group Automobiles Ireland\u2019s terms and conditions. Non-compliance with either stipulation will result in test drive privileges being rescinded.<\/p>\n

The vehicle is provided a fully road legal state; clean; full of fuel and undamaged. The vehicle does NOT need to be re-fuelled before being returned but should be kept in a clean and presentable state during the seven-day test drive. Should any damage or malfunction occur, no matter how minor, while the vehicle is in the possession of the prize-winner FIAT Group Automobiles Ireland must be notified immediately! While we accept that a certain level of wear and tear is inevitable the prize-winner is liable for any and all damage caused by dangerous, negligent or careless driving and\/or behaviour which includes vehicle abuse, careless and\/or risky parking. The prize-winner should be aware that kerbed wheels, for example, cost \u20ac80 each to repair and the tyres cost \u20ac120 each if they are irreparably damaged by carelessness or abuse.<\/p>\n

In the event of breakdown or malfunction, the driver should call the recovery number on the windscreen sticker and notify FIAT Group Automobiles Ireland as soon as possible. FIAT Group Automobiles Ireland is under no obligation to provide a replacement vehicle.<\/p>\n

In the event of an accident involving damage or injury to a third party (i.e a person, vehicle or static object), regardless of how minor or who is at fault, the driver should call the Garda\u00ed and notify FIAT Group Automobiles Ireland as soon as is reasonably possible. Failure to do so will result in the prize-winner being FULLY liable for all costs arising from the incident.<\/p>\n

The prize-winner who is operating the vehicle, and any passengers who allow themselves be carried in the vehicle, do so at their own risk<\/span>. FIAT Group Automobiles Ireland accepts no liability for death or injuries which may occur while the vehicle in in the possession of the prize-winner. The vehicle may not be taken outside the island of Ireland or be driven more than 1500kms during the seven-day loan.<\/p>\n

Winning entrants must make themselves available to be photographed with the test vehicle upon delivery and\/or return. Winners also agree to be interviewed by www.wheelsforwomen.ie<\/a> for the purposes of producing a written account of their experience with the test vehicle.<\/p>\n

The Competition is not open to employees of Fiat Ireland, wheelsforwomen.ie, their families, or agents. Only one entry is permitted per household. Multiple entries will be disqualified. If a winner is unable to take advantage of the test drive within one month, or cannot satisfy the terms and conditions of the competition and of the loan, the offer of a test drive will be withdrawn. No alternative prizes, alternative vehicles or cash alternatives will be offered under any circumstances.<\/p>\n

Each entrant must supply a valid email address to which a confirmation email will be sent should the entrant’s name be drawn. Winners will be notified by email within one day of the closing date, and must respond within one week. Winners who do not respond within this time may be disqualified and another winner selected in their place. The decision of the Editors and FIAT Group Automobiles Ireland is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.<\/p>\n
