Really, I can only afford \u20ac1,000 \u2013 \u20ac1,500.<br \/>\nI know I\u2019ll be looking at fairly old cars with this budget, but ideally I\u2019d love a car that will last me a while without being in and out of the garage all the time, like I am now\u2026! So basically, if you could recommend a reliable car on a tiny wee budget.<br \/>\nThanks, Rebecca Murphy<\/p>\n<p><strong>Answer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hi Rebecca,<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for the question. \u00a0With this tight budget you want something small, reliable and cheap to run. Good options would be a \u00a0ten year or older Ford Fiesta, Ford Ka, Nissan Micra or VW Polo. Don\u2019t restrict yourself too much to any particular model or make; what you need to look for is a car that is in fairly good condition, regularly serviced and has been generally looked after. If it looks good on the outside then the chances are good that it has been cared for inside as well!
