From a convertible, to an estate there is a Mini to suit everyone.\u00a0 The latest stage in Mini\u2019s evolution is a two-seater coupe, along with a two-seater roadster.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who is it aimed at?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Anyone intent on making a fashion statement with their car choice \u00a0will love this version of the Mini, we don&#8217;t see too many male buyers for this one!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Styling<br \/>\n<\/strong>All the hallmark Mini traits are obvious in the styling but the roof line now slopes to the rear and creates a strange so-called helmet roof.\u00a0 There is also a very angular raked windscreen and the style won&#8217;t be to everyones taste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Under the Bonnet<br \/>\n<\/strong>In line with all other Mini models, there is a base model called Cooper, a faster model called S and an ultra high performance model called John Cooper Works. We drove the Cooper S with the 1.6 litre engine and 135kW output.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/wheelsforwomen.ie\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/roadtestminiint.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"roadtestminiint\" src=\"http:\/\/wheelsforwomen.ie\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/roadtestminiint.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a>Inside<br \/>\n<\/strong>The layout is familiar Mini, with the digital speedometer above the steering column and snappy toggle switches. Having just two seats allows space for a surprisingly large boot that can hold more than just one boutique shopping bag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On the Road<br \/>\n<\/strong>It is an absolute hoot to drive. Anything this low to the ground feels fast and the Coupe feels zippy, nimble and is far more go-kart than regular car.
