Ice Cream Stains<\/strong>
\nGot a little too enthusiastic with your cone? If it\u2019s fresh, cold water and some elbow grease are your best bet! For dried-in stains, vacuum up any residue, wet the fabric, and squeeze lemon juice over the stain. Let it sit in the sun to neutralize any smells (test a small area first to avoid stripping the color). Still stuck? Try some upholstery cleaner, but remember the patch test. Leather seats? A good leather cleaner will do the trick.<\/p>\n

Chocolate Stains<\/strong>
\nMelty chocolate plus sunshine equals a sticky situation! Best advice? Eat outside the car. If the damage is done, pick off what you can and use a steam cleaner for the deeper stains. Hand soap on the spot before steaming can also help.<\/p>\n

Coffee Stains<\/strong>
\nSpilled your morning brew? Act fast! Dab with a clean cloth or kitchen towel\u2014don\u2019t rub, just blot from the edges inwards. Mix 2 parts water, 1 part white vinegar, and a dash of dish soap, then dab the mix onto the stain and let it sit for 20 minutes. Blot until gone, then dry the area. For leather, skip the vinegar, add more dish soap, and follow up with a leather treatment.<\/p>\n

Sun Tan Lotion<\/strong>
\nBeach handprints all over your car? Sun tan lotion stains are tough. Start with a paint renovator or cleanser, then polish and wax. If it doesn\u2019t work the first time, repeat until those stains disappear. Just be warned, you might end up needing to polish and wax the whole car to keep it looking even!<\/p>\n

Remember, cleaning your car’s interior on a hot day helps the seats dry properly. If you have to leave, crack the windows slightly to let the moisture escape. Removing the seats makes cleaning easier\u2014just be cautious with seats that have built-in airbags to avoid setting them off or triggering warning lights.<\/p>\n
