Make-A-Wish in Ireland has granted wishes for over 1400 brave children, realizing their greatest wish and allowing them experience the hope, strength and joy each wish provides.<\/p>\n<p>The first fundraising event is a sponsored walk around Mondello Park, the Kildare venue where the Wicklow built cars\u00a0race most regularly. At 6pm on June the 9th, they will assemble at Mondello, line up on the grid and when\u00a0the lights turn green, the walk, and the fundraising begins! This event is open to everybody!.<\/p>\n<p>Formula Sheane cars are built by Sheane Engineering in County Wicklow, are capable of speeds in excess of\u00a0242 km\/h and can accelerate from 1-100km\/h in under five seconds.
