More, we want to present ourselves as a potential employer, because we are building for the future more than ever on the know-how, creativity and commitment of female engineers, “said Elke Heitmüller, director of advancement of women at Volkswagen.

“Technical occupations are women becoming more popular, and engineering sciences are no longer a purely male domain,” said Maren Peters, Director of Personnel Marketing at Volkswagen. “We are pleased with the great popularity and the enthusiasm of the participants at this event.” You have to show that women engineers in the entire Volkswagen Group have excellent career and development opportunities.
