Tropical Islands Reign Supreme

If money were no object where would you go on holiday?

A new survey from TomTom finds that 81 percent of people are planning a holiday this summer and July is the month when most people will travel.

Spain is the number one holiday hot spot and the ultimate goal, of holidaymakers (39%),  is to relax. Most people (53%) will travel by car, either their own (48%) or using a rented car (5%). The average holiday will last 12 days and “Good Weather” is the most important ingredient for the perfect summer holiday.

While budgeting is of major importance when planning a holiday if money were no object, most people would choose to unwind in a tropical paradise.
