Marymount Hospice has taken delivery of two 142 Toyota Auris models from Cogans Carrigaline

Cogans Carrigaline, Toyota Dealership is delighted to announce that they will be continuing with their support of Marymount Hospice as their chosen charity.

To show their commitment   to Marymount, Cogans Carrigaline has upgraded the   two Auris models that they donated last year to the Community Palliative Care Team with two new 142 Toyota vehicles.

These new Auris models will be used as transport around the city and county by the Community Palliative Care Team who provides the important service of treatment of patients in the comfort of their own homes.

The presentation of the vehicles took place in the grounds of Marymount, Curraheen with Robert Cogan, Managing Director of Cogans Carrigaline handing the keys over to Dan Cowman, the Chairman of the Friends of Marymount.

Speaking about the donation Robert Cogan said “     The team here at Marymount are providing a vital support to communities throughout Cork, as the cars will be used by community nurses to provide palliative care to patients who are seriously ill.  It’s great that Cogans can support this team as the work they carry out is invaluable.”
